And because of that, you sleep quicker and better at night, not being haunted by your thoughts.

We’ve been practicing going to center when we were standing up. If you are working with this practice for a while now, you can take it to the next level and practice sitting down, and lying down. It is a little bit more difficult to find your center when you’re new to it, than standing up since this helps you ground and it’s easier to drop your attention down.
So for this week, try to be in your center as much as you can, also when you are sitting or lying down.
